Your support staff was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my host account fixed when I was experiencing some permissions issues with running Web Services. Even though it took a bit of time to figure out what the issue was, your staff was very cordial and took the reams of Microsoft KB articles I threw at them with nothing but kindness. Finally, they found the problem, fixed it, and emailed me at close to midnight letting me know everything was running great. That's service.

Now, we get a webmail system (which I had wanted for quite some time), and it is one of the slickest interfaces for webmail I have seen yet. Simple and sweet, it is really helping me out day-to-day.
